This brandy is produced by distilling wine with six kinds of herbs from the island of Pag. During the maceration process, which lasts fourteen days, another six island herbs are added. This product does not contain any added colours or flavours. It is a beautiful, clear greenish colour, with an elegant aroma. It is dominated by notes of fennel and heather. The aftertaste offers gentle notes of the peppermint that grows in the stream below our winery.
