Viaz 2014

Viaz is a sparkling wine produced using the classic winemaking method from the Gegić, Chardonnay and Ugni Blanc grape varieties. It is matured for two to four years in order to develop complex aromatics and a richer body.

Recommendations for food pairing:
As it is a gastronomic sparkling wine with a rich body, we would recommend it during dinner alongside a number of more complex fish dishes or with white meat. It is also an excellent choice for the end of a meal, in meditative moments.
