Viaz rose

Viaz Rose is a sparkling wine produced using the classic winemaking method from grapes of the Merlot variety. It matures for two to four years in order to develop a delicate aroma and an elegant body.

Recommendations for food pairing:
As it is a gastronomic sparkling wine with a medium body, we would recommend it as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to raw shellfish and fish dishes, and during dinner with lightly seasoned fish dishes. It can also be enjoyed on its own, and is the perfect choice for hot summer evenings.
