Prices
The prices listed on this website are retail. They include VAT and a bottle deposit refund of 0.50 kuna.
Delivery
We deliver to addresses throughout the Republic of Croatia. Delivery time is a maximum of seven working days upon receipt of payment, and in most cases within 48 hours. The minimum order is one case (6 bottles). The delivery price for one case is 7.47 € (including VAT). For orders greater than 398.17 €, delivery is free. We also deliver to other European Union countries. The cost of delivery to a particular country will be displayed at the time of purchase. The delivery price is set for one case of wine containing a maximum of 6 bottles.
Payment
It is possible to pay using the following methods:
- a one-off credit card payment (Visa, Diners, Mastercard, Maestro) directly through our online shop. The credit card payment service is provided by WSPay and the security of your data is guaranteed.
- e-banking
- bank transfer or general payment slip
Age restrictions
The sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited. Each customer is obliged to present a document proving their age at the request of the delivery person.
Unilateral contract termination
The User may unilaterally terminate the Contract within 14 (fourteen) days without providing a reason.
The User does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the Contract if:
- the service has been carried out for them in full, and the performance of this service was initiated by the User's explicit prior consent and confirmation that they are aware of the fact that they will lose the right to unilateral termination of the Contract if the service is carried out in full,
- the Contract is for sealed goods that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons, and which were unsealed after delivery,
- the Contract is for goods which, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery,
- the subject matter of the contract is a product or service whose price is dependent on changes in the financial market that are beyond the influence of the Seller, and which may appear during the term of the Buyer's right to unilateral termination of the contract,
- the subject matter of the contract is a product that is made according to the Buyer's specifications or that has clearly been customised for the Buyer,
- if the subject matter of the contract is the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the moment when the contract was concluded, and delivery may follow only after 30 days, if the price is dependent on changes in the market that are outside the influence of the Seller.
- if, when determining the defectiveness of the product, more than half of the product is consumed.
In order to exercise the right to unilateral termination of the Contract, the user must notify Cissa d.o.o. of their decision to unilaterally terminate the Contract before the expiration of the term via an unambiguous written statement (mailed to Cissa d.o.o., Škopljanska 20, 53 291 Novalja) or via e-mail to cissa@inet.hr. This statement must contain your name and surname, address, telephone number and fax number or e-mail address. You may also use the form for unilateral Contract termination provided below.
The User can likewise fill in and send the Form for Unilateral Termination of a Distance Sales Contract, located HERE, electronically, in which case Cissa d.o.o. will send them a confirmation of receipt of the notice of unilateral termination of the Contract by e-mail without delay.
The deadline for unilateral termination of the Contract is 14 (fourteen) days from the day when the goods that are the subject matter of the Contract are handed over to the user or a third party designated by the user, who is not a carrier, or in the case of services, from the date of the conclusion of the Contract.
If the user unilaterally terminates the Contract, they will receive a refund of the funds originally received from them, including delivery costs, without delay, and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date when Cissa d.o.o. (or cissa@inet.hr) receives the user's decision to unilaterally terminate the Contract, unless the user has chosen another type of delivery that is not the cheapest standard delivery option offered. The money will be refunded via the same payment method used to make the initial purchase. In the event that the user agrees to a different method of reimbursement, they will not bear any costs in relation to the refund. Cissa d.o.o. can refund money only after the goods have been returned to them.
The user is obliged to deliver the goods or send them to the address Cissa d.o.o., Škopljanska 20, 53 291 Novalja, without unnecessary delay, and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day when they referred their decision to unilaterally terminate the Contract to Cissa d.o.o., or to cissa@inet.hr. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the user. The User is kindly requested to call the telephone number +385 53 663 504 or contact cissa@inet.hr prior to terminating the contract, so that the returns process can be explained to them.
Pursuant to Article 77 Paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, the user is responsible for any loss of value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except for the handling that was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. In case of damage to the original packaging, a percentage will be deducted from the final refund amount, in keeping with the value of the goods. In this case, the user will be notified of the amount by which the refund will be reduced.
If, at the user's request, the execution of the service began prior to the deadline for unilateral termination of the Contract, the user is obliged to pay Cissa d.o.o. an amount proportional to what was delivered up until the moment when the user notified Cissa d.o.o. of the unilateral termination of the Contract.

Refunds
Should it happen that the goods you paid for are not currently in stock, we will provide you with a refund within 24 hours. If necessary, we will contact you to determine whether you would like the remainder of the order to be sent out. We will try to update the products on offer daily so that if something is out of stock, purchase of that item will not be possible, and therefore the chance of error minimal.
Errors in the pricing system are possible. Should such errors occur, the seller is not obliged to deliver products where the listed price of the product is so low that the buyer knows or should have known that it was an error and not the real price of the product.
The product images are illustrative in nature, and the year on the product label may differ from the year that is on offer and specified in the product description.

We inform our clients about our use of this information, regularly giving clients options for choosing how their information will be used, including the possibility of deciding whether they wish for their name to be removed from lists that are used in our marketing campaigns. All user data is stored securely and is accessible only to authorized personnel. All employees and business partners of Cissa d.o.o. are responsible for complying with the principles of data privacy protection.
